"Summit" Mineral Wool Sound-absorbing Boards of Shijiazhuang Summit Building Material Co., Ltd, are delicately manufactured and good in quality. Please choose a state authorized construction unit for installation to make sure the construction effect.

ONE. Please refer to the designed configuration and proceed with installation for "Summit"Decorative Sound-absorbing Baords.

1. You may proceed with installation with reference to 《88J4（Ⅲ）Performance Standards in Building》, firm suspensory point and make sure the flatness follows the standard.
2. Please choose keels followed the GB11981089 National Standard. We suggest you to take "Summit"Keels and matched fittings.
3. When installation, the temperature should be below 30℃, relative humidity should be below 80%. All engineering should be finished in advanced and died. Heating ventilation and air-conditioning system should be adjusted after installation.
4. Mineral Wool Sound –absorbing Board should be installed after all indoor pipelines finish installation and pressure examnarion.
5. Please begin the installation of Mineral Wool Board when all damp engineering are dried, such as plaster, cement, etc and all windows and doors are ready to use.
6. Before installation, please pay attention to the production date on outside box. A room should use the board produced on same day.
7. Before installation, please wear a pair of clean gloves and avoid to stain the board.
8. When installing sound-absorbing board over 600×600, fixed glue or keel piece is needed to be put around or on the back of board. So that board lifespan can be guaranteed.
9. Please proceed with the installation according to "Direction for Use". It's forbidden to mix compound board and sighted board.

TWO . Transportation and Storage

When trucking, please make sure that the truck is clean and there's no water, oil stain or nugget. Unload slightly, It's forbidden to pile up vertically, and touch ground with only one corner.

1. It's not allowed to pile up over 10 boxes to avoid falling off.
2. During transportation and storage, please keep decorative sound-absorbing board away from dampness and showering bath.
3. There should have corner protection between tie and board to avoid the damage of box.
4. The decorative sound-absorbing board should be supported by wood pallet over 15cm and the board should be at least 40cm away from wall.
